He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Owens and Dorothy Moore. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Owens (Kristina) and Randy Owens (Jasmin); his fiancée Leeann Cart; and his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Carter, Ivy and Maverick.
