She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Theodore Lewis and Bertha Neal Lewis; her children, Kathy Heath of Charlestown, Ronnie of Charlestown and Dutch Lathem of Charlestown; her sisters, Joyce Cissell of Otisco, IN and Doris Johnson of Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Chelsea Lathem, Kirstie Heath, Zachary Heath and Thomas Lathem.
