He is survived by: his parents, Terry Baker and Addie Faulkner Coomer of Charlestown; his close friend Chelsea Johns of Charlestown; his children, Addilyn Baker of Charlestown and Elijah Baker of Charlestown; his siblings, Terry Baker, Jr. of Charlestown, William Hall of Memphis, IN, Terra Baker of Charlestown and Lavaughn Martinez of Scottsburg, IN; and his grandmother Lois Tucker of Jeffersonville.
