He was predeceased by: his daughter Kimberly. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy West (Richard); and his siblings, Ralph "Dino" Sinclair (Myra), Sherry J. Sinclair, Debra L. Spadie (Charlie) and Helen "Bitsy" Sinclair. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews; and six grandchildren.
