She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Fugate and Myrtle Brown Fugate; her husband Lee Napier; her son Gary Lee Napier; and her siblings, Willie Fugate, L. D. Fugate, Katherine Fugate and J. B. Fugate.
She is survived by: her son Randy L. Napier (Lisa Jo) of Charlestown; her grandchildren, Jessie Burnett, Claire Napier-Galofaro and Carman L. Napier; her great grandchildren, Laine Burnett and Vincent L. Burnett; her friend E. W. Davidson of Versailles, KY; and her caregiver Peggy Keown of Jeffersonville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
