He was predeceased by: his father Carlton Fulkerson; and his siblings, Danny Fox and Carlene Brown. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Jones Fulkerson; his wife Doris Fulkerson (Armstrong) of Charlestown; his children, Shirley "Lynn" Fulkerson (Kevin) of Scottsburg, Angela Cuevas (Alvin) of Louisville, KY, Teri "Michelle" Greer (George) of Lexington, IN and Mildred Rose "Rosie" Fulkerson (Paul) of Georgetown, IN; his siblings, Dennis Fox of Jeffersonville and Rhonda Fulkerson of Sellersburg, IN; his half-sisters, Debbie Gess of Franklin, IN, Jacqueline Swinehart of Franklin and LaDonna Burton of Tennessee; and his stepmother Donna Fulkerson of Franklin. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
