Suzanne Murphy Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Suzanne Murphy of Charlestown, Indiana, born in West Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Kantz and Mildred "Micky" Kantz; her husbands, Roy L. Zehner and Robert V Murphy; her close friend Bill Cheesman; and her grandson Michael Adam Zehner.
She is survived by: her children, David Zehner of Alaska, Kevin Zehner (Donna), Pam Shearer and Kathy Cash (Bruce); her special Bichon'Frieze; and her pet Toby. She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was particularly proud of helping raise funds in the '60s for the first public swimming pool at Charlestown High School by going door to door soliciting donations.
