She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Perkins and Dorothy Yates Perkins; her husband Gene Raines; her brother Robert W. Perkins, III; her children, Robert Raines (Tammy) of Nabb, IN and Gina "Sugie" O'Neil (Tony) of Charlestown; her stepchildren, Gene Raines (Susie) of Findlay and Jaime Striplin (Tom) of Mt. Savage, MD; her siblings, David Perkins of Sellersburg, IN and Norma Perlette of Benton, KY; and her grandchildren, Savannah Raines, Summer Raines, Autumn Brown, Nikiah Campbell, Michael Robinette and Daniel Striplin. She was also cherished by several great grandchildren.
