She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren G. Combs and Bessie Margaret Sumner Combs; her daughter Stacy Combs; her sister Thresa Combs; and her grandsons, Alec Long Stuart and Elijah Leonard.
She is survived by: her children, Khristy Stuart (Boyd) of Charlestown, Lesley Cochran (Allen) of Charlestown and Shang Leonard of Charlestown; her siblings, Vanessa Combs of Charlestown, Warren Garland Combs of Charlestown and Tracy Dewayne Combs (Sheila) of Charlestown; her grandchildren, Cameron Stuart (Taylor), David Bottorff, Austin Bottorff, Ceara Leonard, KayLee E. Cochran and Samson A. Leonard; and her great grandchildren, Karsen Stuart and Colten Stuart.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Grayson Funeral Home-Charlestown (893 High St, Charlestown, IN 47111). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
