She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Edgar and Cleo Nation Bruner; her husband Jerry Reece Mitchell, Sr.; and her siblings, Mae Arnold, Frances Mosby, Ollie Phillips, Edith Bolin, Mary Christie, Virgie Bolin, Margaret Bruner, Ida Bruner, Roy Bruner and William Bruner.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Mitchell of Charlestown and Troy Mitchell (Kami) of Sellersburg, IN; her sister Earline Masingo of Charlestown; her grandchildren, Eryn, Jessica and Hannah; and her great grandchildren, Trayton, Teegan and Talaya.
