Blackwell Jr. of Kentucky, Kenneth Sizemore (Kathy) of Bethlehem, Stevie Blackwell of Charlestown, Marion Edward Blackwell (Dreama) of New Washington, Tommy Ray Blackwell (Mechelle) of Charlestown, Ruby Griffis (James) of Scottsburg, Diana West (Julian) of Charlestown, Angela Coleman (Rick) of South Carolina and Tammy Stanley (Ron) of New Washington; his stepchildren, Devon Delepierre (Spencer) of Kentucky, Jacob Blackwell (Kristina) of Underwood, Tristan Blackwell of Charlestown, Hunter Blackwell (Kirsten) of Jeffersonville, John Brown (Megan) of Georgetown, Jedd Brown (Angel) of Sellersburg and Sarah Lemmon (Brandon) of New Washington; and his pet Mater. He was also cherished by many step-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, many dear family members and friends.
