With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nell Laverne Hall of Charlestown, Indiana, born in Lebanon Junction, Kentucky, who passed away on February 3, 2025 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nell Laverne Hall to pay them a last tribute.
Though Nell Laverne may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nell Laverne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Baumgardner and Ethel Mae "Ryan" Baumgardner; and her husband Shirley Hall. She is survived by: her son Robert Hall; and her niece Pam Baumgardner. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
