He is survived by: his sister Charlotte Perry of Charlestown; his sister-in-law Bobbie Montgomery of Henryville; his nephews, Mike Perry of Henryville, IN, Joe Perry of Henryville and Tony Montgomery of Sellersburg, IN; and his niece Stephanie Locke of Henryville.
