He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Kessinger Keith of Charlestown; his children, Destiny Keith (Jake Harper) and Waylin Keith (Morgan Matthews); his brothers, Jeff Keith and Brent Keith of Charlestown; his grandchildren, Jacquelyn Keith and Griffin Harper; his nephew Ryan Keith (Madison); and the mother of his children Kim Smith Keith. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
