He is survived by: his parents, Michael Frazier and Paula Cobb Frazier of Charlestown; his children, Trevell Frazier of Charlestown and Maci Frazier of Charlestown; his siblings, Kelcie Frazier of Charlestown and Anthony Frazier of West Point, VA; his stepsister Rashekia Phillips of West Point, VA.; his uncles, Darrell Cobb and Randall Frazier; and his aunt Ophelia Cobb.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Grayson Funeral Home-Charlestown (893 High St, Charlestown, IN 47111). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
