He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Miller and Evelyn Miller; his wife Sue Ann Miller; and his siblings, Kent Miller and May Porchey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Kohls (Ron) of Charlestown, IN, Tracy Conroy (Mark) of Evansville, IN and Tara Cooke (Alfredo) of San Antonio, TX; his siblings, Eddie Miller (Dorothy), Dee Miller (Betty), Steve Miller (Sally), Doris Vick and Terry Miller (Shelly); his grandchildren, Brian Hall (Alexis), Corey Hall (Sara), Lauren Stutesman (Josh), Katie McGee (Hugh), Kassie Artis (Brandon), Kourtney Caldwell, Zachary Conroy, Jackson Conroy, Erick Cooke and Priscilla Rodriguez (Diego); and his sister-in-law Susan Miller. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
