She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Hall of Charlestown and Karen Blackford of Charlestown; her brother Bryan Reynolds (Rachel) of Clarksville, TN; her grandchildren, Heather Lynn Henley (Chase) of Jeffersonville, IN, James Michael Blackford (Gisell) of Charlestown and Brett Eli Blackford (Jessica) of Charlestown; her great grandchildren, Harper Lynn Henley and Eli Reece Blackford; her nephew Douglas Musgrave of Charlestown; and her siblings-in-law, Diane Humes Reynolds of Colliersville, TN and David Bettler of Charlestown. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
