With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luther Yount Jr. (Charlestown, Indiana), who passed away on March 20, 2019 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Luther Yount and Martha Johnson Yount; his wife Rosemary Sergent Yount; his sons, James Yount (Vanessa Kaleb) of Oakland, CA and Roger Yount (Michelle) of Charlestown; his sisters, Mary Shepherd of Otisco, IN, Martha Stoner of Jeffersonville, IN and Ruth Ann Young (Todd) of Perryville, MD; his grandchildren, Alexander Yount, Craig Thomas (Sarah), Breanna Boman and Quincy Yount; and his great grandchildren, McKenna Welty and Madelyn Thomas. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
