She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Brock and Mabel Bough Brock; her stepmother Iva Brock; and her sisters, Virginia Hartley and Wanda Rigsby.
She is survived by: her husband Everett Leon Rhoten; her children, Michael Leon Rhoten (Patricia) of Charlestown, Kimberly McKinley of New Albany and Melissa Reed (Brent) of Charlestown; her grandchildren, Matthew, Cara, Caitlin, Courtney, Trent and Braelyn; and her great grandchild Tinsley.
