She is survived by: her mother Sandra Atwood Jenkins; her husband Roger McIntosh; her children, Justin Moore, Waylon Moore, Lena McIntosh and Lylah McIntosh; and her siblings, Cathy Zeihn, James R. Jenkins Jr. and Patricia Chester. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
