We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Kathleen Lehman of Charlestown, Indiana, born in Winchester, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Nancy Muncy Blankenship; and her sister Nancy Montague. She is survived by: her children, Renee Lehman (Eric Ehrler) of Charlestown and Dan Lehman (Kelly) of Jeffersonville; her granddaughter Callie Lehman; her siblings, Terry Blankenship (Michael Paris) of North Carolina, Tammy Blankenship of Florida and Bob Blankenship of West Virginia; and her friends, Betsy Pickles and Bob Trester.
Kathy's family respectfully ask the expressions of sympathy and love take the form of donations to the Charlestown Public Library or your local animal shelter.
