She was predeceased by: her parents, Florian Dugan and Mary Marjorie Dugan; and her husband Paul E. Newby. She is survived by: her daughters, Deanna "Dee" Wurm (Dave) of Charlestown, Micah Hedrick (Brian) of Jasper and Georgia; her grandchildren, Zachary Holland, Chelsea, Holland, Blake Wurm, Savannah Hedrick and Taryn Hedrick; and her nephew Greg Kinslow (Becky).
