We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2025, at the age of 96, Juanita Ward Peyton of Charlestown, Indiana passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert C. Curtsinger and Beulah Chesser Curtsinger; her husband George Peyton; and her sisters, Elizabeth Curtsinger, Lois Rickert and Mary Bryant.
She is survived by: her sons, Jim Ward of Marysville, IN, Glenn Ward (Pattie) of Elizabethtown and Mark Ward (Pamela) of Charlestown; and her brother Buddy Curtsinger of Morehead, KY. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Grayson Funeral Home-Charlestown (893 High St, Charlestown, IN 47111). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Life Celebration Service.
