He is survived by: his wife Juanita Hoffman; his sons, Robert Hoffman (Julia) of Niceville, FL and Michael Hoffman (Lynn) of Charlestown; his siblings, Jerome Hoffman (Ann) of Louisville, KY, Dot Bratcher (Bob) of South Carolina and Betty Robbins of Vine Grove, KY; his grandchildren, Robby Hoffman (Michellle) of Japan, Bridget Hoffman of Niceville, FL, Brooke McNatt (Shane) of Louisville and Ryan Hoffman (Kayla) of Charlestown; and his great grandchildren, Sloane McNatt, Madelyn Hoffman, Liliana Hoffman, Ella Hoffman, Hudson Hoffman, Dawson Hoffman and Saylor McNatt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
