Johnny Eickholtz Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2023, at the age of 59, Johnny Eickholtz of Charlestown, Indiana, born in Louisville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Eickholtz; and his brother Lennie Eickholtz. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Bischoff Eickholtz; his girlfriend Betty Montgomery; his girlfriend's son Scott Frazier (Stefanie); his granddaughters, Dakota Frazier and Morgan Frazier; his siblings, Stephen Eickholtz (Delores), Chris Eickholtz, Susan Lewis (Dan) and Joanne Burbrink (Nathan); his cousin Kenny Lemmons (Tammy); and also, W. G. Cooper, Doug Cooper, Bill Cooper (Danielle) and Nancy Ross. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Michael's Catholic Church or to the WHAS Crusade for Children.
