He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith Mullins of Charlestown, IN; his children, Amy Lanum (Chad) of Flora, IN, Ashley Harker (Ben) of Hope, IN and Kyle Mullins (Danielle) of Charlestown, IN; and his grandchildren, Gracie, Rylie, Laynie, Colton, Landry, Adele, Rhett and Hudson (Huddy).
