She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Zimmerman of Charlestown and Vicky Minns (Jack) of Charlestown; her sister Virginia Couch of Glendale, KY; her granddaughter Tracy Gaines; and her great grandchildren, Lindsey Blackwell and Erin Blackwell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and one great-great granddaughter.
