She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank and Louise Zollman Crum, Sr.; her husband James Sapp; her siblings, Mary Brady, Josephine Paulini, Judy Cardwell, Frank Crum, Jr. and Charlie Crum; and her grandchildren, Billie Durham and Devon Durham.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joy Hawks of Louisville, KY and Bessie Adams (Jerry) of Lexington, IN; her siblings, Roger Earl Crum of Charlestown, Marvin Crum of Jeffersonville, Pete Crum of Akron, OH and June Knowland of Clarksville, IN; her grandchildren, Ira Proctor (Adam) and Cindy Durham; and her great grandchildren, Lauren, Morgan, Henry Proctor, Candace Lyons and Carina Ineza.
