He is survived by: his mother Loretta Greenwell Hall of Charlestown; his wife Linda Compher Hall; his children, Bryan Hall of Salem, IN, Kaine Hall of Charlestown and Addison Ann Marie Hall of Charlestown; his father Michael D. Hall; his siblings, Michael Hall, Jr. of Munfordville, KY, Dana Gallo of Munfordville and Sarah Truman (J. J. Mann) of Clarksville, IN; his parents-in-law, Dale and Patricia Compher of Henryville; and his sister-in-law Sherrie Doyle (Bobby) of Charlestown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
