She is survived by: her children, Teresa Holmes Scott (Mike) of Charlestown and Nathan Holmes of Charlestown; her granddaughter Nichole Holmes; her great grandchildren, Jasmine Holmes and Breanna Wilson; and her sister Irma Smith of Charlestown. She is also survived by 3 great great grandchildren.
