J.) of New Albany, IN, Alexis Spear of Louisville, KY and Megan Spear of Scottsburg, IN; his siblings, Jeremy Spear (Megan) of Charlestown, IN, Jennifer Abbott (Scott) and Jamie Aaron (Brian) of Charlestown, IN; and his grandchildren, I'Leigh Spear and Kristian Cole.
