He was predeceased by: his father Tom Dailey; and his sister Rose Dailey. He is survived by: his mother C. LaVerne Chambers Dailey of Georgetown, IN; his wife Tasha Howard Dailey; his children, Jaselyn and Jordan Dailey of Charlestown; and his cousin Melissa Matthews of Clarksville, IN. He is also survived by mother in law and father in law and brothers and sisters in law; aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
