He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernard Sanders and Mary Sanders (Van Meter); his former wife Johanna E. Sanders (Thuringer); and his daughter Sharrie Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sanders (Hammond) of Charlestown, IN; his children, Diane Sanders (Rick Feather) of Charlestown, IN, Edward A. Sanders (Frankie M.) of Charlestown, IN and Charlie Sanders (Erika) of Otisco, IN; his grandsons, Aidan Sanders of Henryville, IN, Liam Sanders of Otisco, IN and Adam Gardner; his children, Steven Brown of New Washington, IN and Kathy Persinger of Madison, IN; and his sister-in-law Ellen Zibell. He is also survived by grandchildren, 6 bonus great-grandchildren.
