He is survived by: his wife Nellie Kay Shultz; his children, Julie Thompson (Jeff), Kevin Taff (Talaina) and Cristie Harper (Terry); his granddaughters, Caroline Roth (Derek), Candace Thompson, Victoria Haire and Kayla Cox (Kaitlin); his great grandchildren, Joseph and Eleanor Roth; and his siblings, Mary Cook (Tom) and Tom Taff (Marti).
