He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann; his stepchildren, Robert Matthews II of Wisconsin, Steven Matthews (Melissa) and Savannah Matthews; his sisters, Pam Satterly and Glenda Campbell; his grandsons, William Jarnagin, Anthony Jarnagin and Robert Alan Matthews; and his close friends, James Schuppert, Pete Cleveland, Tommy Cole and Bob Eckerle.
