He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Davidson and Luellen Smallwood Davidson; his wife Thelma Josephine Davidson; and his sisters, Ruby Zurschmeide, Alberta Dabney and Norma Carr.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Gillespie (Kevin) of Charlestown, Johnny W. Davidson (Janet) of Charlestown, Debra Richmer (Anthony) of Charlestown and Teresa Cissell (William) of Underwood; his grandchildren, Larry Gillespie, Shawna Gillespie, Nicole Lawrence, Ethan Richmer, Jake Hatter, Alicia Colvin, Jeremy Cissell and Joshua Cissell; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Gillespie, Lilly Gillespie, Lincoln Gillespie, Shaelynn Hatter, MaKenzie Hatter, Morgan Guthrie, Jehonnas Colvin, Joey Colvin, Claudia Colvin, Tyson Nipple, Beckam Nipple, Bionca Martin, Corbyn Coleman, Fallen Coleman, Kayleb Elrod, William Kannapel, Emelei Cissell, Hannah Cissell and Elijah McDowell.
