She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Van (Denny) and Sandy; her friend Kathy Stepp (Robert) of Charlestown; her sisters, Elsie Day of Charlestown, Vivian Frazier of Jeffersonville, IN, Alma Tindle of Whitesburg, Bonnie Frazier of Whitesburg, Opal Boggs of Whitesburg and Nova Adams of Jeremiah, KY; her grandchildren, Denny Van, Jr. (Pam), Chris and Eric; her friend Sarah Stepp; her great grandchildren, Leighton Brewer, Blake, Jack Van, Addy and Isaac; and also, Delores Eickholtz (Stephen) of Charlestown, Brian Eickholtz and Derek Eickholtz.
