He is survived by: his children, Keith Bolen, David Guerin, Mindi Oteman (Vern) and Scott Guerin; his sister Patty Tabbert of Sandy Elkins; his grandchildren, Lilly, Brandy, Kyle and Lacey; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Kaitlyn, Kyle, Bradley and Leland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
