She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie McCrocklin and Wickliffe McCrocklin; her husband James Rollie Hack; her son Danny Hack; and her siblings, Clara Bennett, Don McCrocklin and Martha Rose.
She is survived by: her sons, Jim Hack (Jannean) and Tim Hack (Tammy); her grandchildren, Janie Hack-Stewart (Jim), Danny Hack (Crystal) and Timothy Fugit; and her great grandchildren, Emilee, Bradley, Cody, Austin, Skylynn and Avery.
