She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Kirby and Elizabeth Hampton Kirby; her husband Robert Lewis Pelfrey; her sister Susie Guinn; and her grandchildren, Amber "Scooby" Pelfrey and Colton Pelfrey.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra E. Perez of Charlestown, IN; her siblings, Jerry Kirby of Winchester, KY, Dorothy Hopper of Winchester, KY, Judy Harris of Nicholasville, KY and Kathy Plowman; her grandchildren, Ashley, Brian, Nathan, Kristi, Brandon, Doyle, Zack and Brooklyn; and her great grandchildren, Braxton, Kaelin, Addison, Jesse, Avery, Hunter, Natalie, Jayden and Trinity.
