She is survived by: her sister Wives; her husband Roger McIntosh; her children, Candice Blevins of Charlestown and Roger Paul McIntosh (Lera) of Charlestown; her siblings, Mike Chester (Carol) of Sellersburg, IN and Paula Washnock (Alan) of Charlestown; her grandchildren, James Blevins, Savannah Blevins, Lena McIntosh and Lylah McIntosh; her great grandchild Paisley Grace Blevins; and her niece Amy Black Benavides.
