He was predeceased by: his parent Elba Richey; his aunts, Mildred Plue and Elizabeth Jacques; and his uncle Vernon Jacques. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Jacques Richey; his sister-in-law Linda Lethco; his wife Norma Proctor Richey; his daughter Suzanne Richey; his pet Henni; and his sister Diane Haupt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, several sisters in law and numerous friends.
