She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Franklin Spencer and Edith Mae Spencer (Mannix); her spouse Orain Maurice Chamness; her daughter Sue Denett Cole; her stepchildren, Karla Eskridge, Michelle Cissell and David Chamness; and her sister Bessie Ann Rowzee.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Harbin (Julie) of New Washington, Tony Harbin of Sellersburg, Indiana and Sherry Heath (Brian); her stepchildren, John M. Chamness of Charlestown, Indiana and Vicki L. Reed of Henryville, Indiana; and her brothers, Gene Spencer (Jan) of Memphis and Gary Lee Spencer (Nancy) of New Albany, Indiana. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Old Salem United Methodist Church c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
