He was predeceased by: his former wife Elizabeth "Betty" Hurst. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Hurst of Charlestown; his daughters, Diane Bierly (John) of Borden and Debbie Bush; and his stepson Barry Terrell (Debbie) of Pekin. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great- grandchildren.
