He is survived by: his wife Jessica Donahue; his children, Lane Waters and Emily Waters; his mother Linda Waters of New Washington; his wife David Waters of New Washington; his siblings, David Wayne Waters of Marysville, IN and Kasey Waters of New Washington; and also Crystal Waters of New Washington.
