White; his wife Kay Combs White; his children, Nathan and Ellen White; his stepdaughters, Kathleen Schettler (Jon) of Kuna and Megan Baker (Kyle) of Elizabeth, IN; his brother Michael White (Laura) of Jeffersonville, IN; and his grandson Maverick Schettler.
