He is survived by: his parents, Tyler Oakes and Megan Stirn Oakes of Charlestown; his sisters, Maylie and Remi Oakes; his grandparents, Patty, Dennie Simpson of Clarksville, Jeff, Mary Lou Stirn of Charlestown, Tammie, Travis Obremski of Jeffersonville and Jeffrey Oakes of Clarksville; his great-grandparents, Belva Stirn of Clarksville, Rebecca Worley of Jeffersonville, Dennie and Lu Simpson of Kentucky; and his aunts and uncles, Morgan, Aaron Hargett of Jeffersonville, Amanda, Zach Beedy of Henryville, Marley Oakes of Jeffersonville and Alec Oakes of Jeffersonville. He is also survived by four cousins.
