With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Albert Armstrong of Charlestown, Indiana, born in Mount Eden, Kentucky, who passed away on December 6, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Phillip and Eva Bell Franklin Armstrong; and his siblings, Truman J. Armstrong and Margaret Bratcher. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Wagner Armstrong; his children, Carol Goode (Keith) of Clarksville, IN and Fred Armstrong (Donna) of Clarksville, IN; his grandchildren, Roy Glenn Cornett (Mackenzie), Tabitha Dugdale (Shawn), Bob Morris, Allison Morris, Tiffany Barttley and Travis Barttley; and his great grandchildren, Lyra Dugdale, Lennon Cornett, Liam Cornett, Matthew Morris, Maddie Morris, Austin Jackson and Brandy Jackson.

Expressions of sympathy in memory of Albert may take the form of donations to the Clark County Humane Society or Shriners.
