He is survived by: his wife Lisa Osha (Fuqua); his children, Justin Osha (Taryn), Ty Osha (Kaiti), Brook Osha and Levi Osha (Sydnee); his stepchildren, Logan Fuqua (McKala), Camryn Reutter (Brody) and Brianna Fuqua-Ellard (Zach); his grandchildren, Kash, Kalila, Rory and Kallum; and his siblings, Tim Osha (Julie) and Carla Leeds.
