He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Cathy Worthington (Bob) and Dennis West (Susie); his grandchildren, Helena Titzer (Matthew) and Andrew West (Marissa); his great grandchildren, Evelyn West, Eloise West, Wyatt Titzer and Raelee Titzer; and his sister Margie Smith (Don).
